Leading technical vision and system architecture for enterprise-grade SaaS Translation Management System (TMS). Hands-on architect role combining system design with AI engineering implementation.
- Led the architecture design and implementation of an end-to-end AI/ML solution, owning technology stack and cloud platform selection, data models, and API design to integrate data, models, and infrastructure into a cohesive system
- Provided cross-team architectural leadership as strategic partner to the CEO, setting technical direction, design principles, and standards to ensure consistency across the engineering team
- Designed and delivered production RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows (LLM-driven AI agents) to automate core client workflows, integrating vector retrieval, context injection, and LLM generation
- Built evaluation frameworks with human-in-the-loop review to score and continuously improve LLM output quality
- Engineered a prompt-versioning system and hallucination-mitigation strategies to deliver reliable, production-grade LLM outputs
- Drove adoption of engineering methodologies, frameworks, and standards (coding standards, CI/CD) to build a scalable and maintainable multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Balanced hands-on technical execution with long-term architectural vision, owning the full solution lifecycle from requirements to production monitoring
